  1. Type of information collected

    Matha Group collects User information to ensure that Services being provided by Matha Group can be used by Users effectively. Matha Group collects information from Users, including but not limited to their operating system, browser type, and the name of the Internet service provider.

  2. Personal Information

    Matha Group collects, stores and discloses User information including but not limited to your name, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, street address, current location, industry, gender, profession, pan card number, details of the person who is referring you and IP address, in order to provide the Services to a User. Your user name and password shall be unique and confidential, Matha Group shall strive to ensure the confidentially your User name and password with third party. Matha Group shall collect information inclusive of any and all such confidential information relating to Your profile and password.

  3. Mobile Device Access [Contacts Access].

    We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s contacts, storage etc. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

  4. Contact List Information

    App91 collects and effectively manage contact information that you provide to us as part of the Services. Contacts typically contain information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, social handles, online identifiers, and physical addresses. Your Contacts may also contain additional information on individuals such as organizational affiliations, job titles, birthdays, key dates, age, gender, general location, relationships, skills, interests, preferences, notes, photos and other categorizations. Depending on which Services you elect to use, Contacts may be collected in one or more of the following ways:.

    1. User Interfaces. Many of our Services allow you to directly enter, edit, or otherwise manage your Contacts by means such as typing into a user interface or speaking to a voice interface.
    2. APIs. Contacts may also be collected when you submit Contacts through our API. This includes both APIs for directly managing contacts as well as APIs for lookup or search.
    3. Uploaded Files. You may also elect to upload lists of Contacts.
    4. Shared Contacts. Other users may elect to share their Contacts or their personal contact details with you.

  5. Payment Information

    Payment Information shall mean to include all end-to-end transaction information and payment or settlement transaction that is collected / transmitted / processed as part of a payment message / instruction.

    It shall include:-

    1. Name of customer
    2. Mobile number
    3. Email Address
    4. Aadhar Number as per any Government mandate
    5. PAN Card number
    6. User and Beneficiary Account Details
    7. Payment credentials which include OTP, PIN, Passwords
    8. credit/debit card number, credit/debit card expiration date and/or other payment instrument details
    9. Transaction track data which includes transaction reference number, amount, timestamp and address of originating and destination systems.

  6. Communication

    You consent to receive communication including advertisement and review calls from Matha Group in relation to your use of Matha Group.

  7. Purpose of collection and use of information

    We collect, store and disclose User information relating to Users in order to provide the Services either directly or through third party service providers and to fulfill your requests regarding Services. We may also use information provided by you to:

    1. enforce our Terms of Use Agreement;
    2. monitor user activity and effectively manage User accounts and our Website; and
    3. assist you with technical difficulties. Certain information may be collected each time a User access or use Matha Group which is saved in server logs, which includes IP address, operating system and browser on/from which a User is accessing Matha Group. We may also collect User information to personalize your experience on Matha Group and sending you information and notifications regarding Services.

  8. Data Collection Devices

    We may use data collection devices known to collect and store information of users accessing Matha Group, including cookies. Tracker cookies are used to identify information specific to you including your browsing history and search preference. You also consent to sharing your geo-location data in order to publish information/ advertisements offered by a User closer to your location and vice-versa.

  9. Location Information

    1. Geo-location. When you use certain features of our Services, we may collect information about your precise or approximate location as determined through data such as your IP address or mobile device’s GPS to offer you an improved user experience. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable the use of location services for applications in the device’s settings menu.
    2. Maps Services. Parts of the Services may use maps services such as Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze. Use of each service is subject to the respective service’s terms of use (including Google Maps Additional Terms of Use) and their respective privacy policies. We recommend you read the respective services terms of use and privacy policies prior to using them.

  10. Usage and Device Information

    We may collect the following information from the applications and devices you use to access our Services:

    1. Usage Information. We collect information about your interactions with the Services, such as when you login, pages you visit, buttons you click, and other actions performed with our Services. This includes usage information related to connected services as well as our APIs.
    2. Log Data and Device Information. We automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use our Services, even if you have not created an Account or logged in. That information includes, among other things: details about how you’ve used the Services, IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, cookie data, and the pages you’ve viewed or engaged with before or after using the Services.

  11. Disclosure to Third Parties

    You expressly consent to and authorize us to share your Personal Information, Sensitive personal data or information with our trusted affiliates and any other third party, to the extent and for the lawful purposes as provided under this Policy. Matha Group publishes and discloses User information to provide effective access to Service, to comply with legal obligation and enforce the Terms of Use Agreement. We may use third party individuals/entities to perform certain parts of the Services and as a result may share your User information. You hereby authorize Matha Group to collect, use, store, analyse, reproduce or publish (either on its own or through third party service providers) the information in relation to your use of Matha Group for data analysis and for improving your experience in Matha Group. We may also share some User information with third party advertisers who are interested in advertising their product to you. You can opt-out of this service by contacting us through the contact details given below in Clause 12. We may disclose information about our users to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the Terms of Use Agreement and/or Privacy Policy; respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our users, the general public or ourselves. You agree and acknowledge that we may not inform you prior to or after disclosures made according to this section. If substantially all of our assets are sold or merged into another company, the acquiring company shall be given access to your personal or other information without your consent. If we sell only a part of our business, the acquiring entity shall have access to your User information without your consent.

  12. Security Practices and Procedures

    We strive to ensure confidentiality and security of User information by using commercially and legally acceptable means. We also have a comprehensive documented information security program and information security policies in place. However, as with most electronic transactions, no method is 100% safe. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that we assume no liability regarding the theft, loss, alteration or misuse of personal or other information or content, including, without limitation, such information that has been provided to third parties or other users, or with regards to the failure of a third party to abide by the agreement between us and such third party. You also play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for Matha Group account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your username and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

  13. Links to Other Websites

    We may provide links to third-party websites, payment gateways and advertisements that collect User information on Matha Group. The controllers of such third party websites (Third Party Advertiser) or applications may receive some User information using devices and technologies to make their advertising more effective. We may not have control over such technologies or devices used by the Third Party Advertiser and we do not represent or warrant anything pertaining to the security practices followed by the Third Party Advertiser. The User information collected by such Third Party Advertiser is governed by their respective privacy policy.

  14. Data Localization

    As per the Reserve Bank of India’s circular RBI/2017-18/153 DPSS.CO.ODNo.2785/06.08.005/2017-2018 dated April 6, 2018, all Users, service providers, system participants, payment gateways, intermediaries, third party vendors or services and all other entities involved in the online payments/settlements ecosystem, who are providing payment services shall mandatorily store entire Payment Data in systems located only in India.


We reserve the right to update, modify and amend any of the terms conditions, at any time without prior intimation to you. We will post these changes on app91.in. These changes will become effective immediately on posting. We shall not be liable for any failure or negligence on your part to review the updated Privacy Policy before accessing or app91. Your continued use of app91, following changes, will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
